Devin B. Holmes, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

As the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Warrior Gateway Inc, Devin is dedicated to connecting returning veterans with their local community as they transition to civilian life. His devotion to leverage and strengthen public-private partnerships provides veterans and their families with easy access to existing resources within the community. Devin's development of the Warrior Gateway virtual community center recently earned him a 2011 Federal 100 award and a 2012 ComputerWorld Honors Laureate award.

Devin has over 18 years of technology experience in a variety of roles at start-ups and large corporations building innovative business-driven technology-savvy organizations. He has led software development and professional services teams globally as well as held executive management team positions at Startupers.com, The New York Times Company and OneSoft Corporation. Prior to Warrior Gateway Inc, he was engaged as a consultant at Cisco Systems to help IT and Marketing executives in a $1 Billion initiative. Leveraging both his fast-paced startup experience and a mature organizational focus, Devin understands how to bridge the gap between technology and business while delivering measureable top line and bottom line results.

A 2012 Young Leader at the French-American Foundation, Devin holds MBA’s from both London and Columbia Business Schools and a BS in Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Zachry S. Riggle, Chief Operating Officer

Zach is a veteran with a passion for helping to guide other veterans all the way home through the creation or support of programs that facilitate physical and mental wellness towards an end-state of comprehensive reintegration. He comes to Warrior Gateway as a uniquely skilled operations management professional with far-reaching experience in leadership, management and innovation.

During his eleven-year career as a United States Marine, Special Operations Officer and Intelligence Analyst, Zach led teams responsible for reducing instability within Iraq and Afghanistan while designing operations and strategies to enhance security, economic development and local governance. He specializes in identifying and solving complex issues involving incomplete information or uncertainty by collecting, integrating and analyzing multi-planar data.

Prior to his work in Iraq and Afghanistan, Zach served as a White House Military Social Aide under President George W. Bush. He also held the billets of Director of Public Affairs for Marine Barracks “8th & I”, Washington D.C. and Assistant Media Officer for Marine Corps Bases, Japan.

Zach is a 2013 MIT Sloan Fellow for Innovation and Global Leadership. He holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA from Penn State, where he received his Marine Corps Commission via Naval ROTC. Zach currently splits his time between Palo Alto, Calif. and Boston, Mass.

Nathalia Magri, Chief Development Officer

As Chief Development Officer, Mrs. Nathalia Magri is responsible for the strategic planning and development of innovative national fundraising efforts, as well as the implementation of metrics-based prospect cultivation, solicitation and stewardship standards that achieve fundraising goals for Warrior Gateway Inc. Prior to her current role, Nathalia held various positions of increasing responsibility at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) including, Director of Corporate and Foundations Relations, where she had oversight of the grant processes, corporate partnerships, and private foundations relationships.

Prior to UTEP, Nathalia was part of the El Pomar Foundation’s team. During her time at El Pomar Foundation, she managed the Summer Internship program, and the regional partnerships in the Southwest and High Country regions of Colorado. She also provided technical assistance and support to local nonprofits including: The Mountain Post Historical Center, CrossFire Ministries, and The Denver Foundation. 

Nathalia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston - Honors College. She is an El Pomar Foundation Fellow and a UNICEF Youth Ambassador. She lives in Monterey, California with her husband, Capitan John D. Magri (U.S. Army), and their 10 year old Weimaraner, Deuce.

Hannah Oshin, Development Associate

As Warrior Gateway Inc's development associate, Hannah oversees fundraising and marketing along with general administrative tasks to make sure the small but mighty Warrior Gateway Inc team stays on track.

Hannah is has been committed to service to others from a young age leading her to work in communities across the country and around the world including Seattle, Costa Rica and Los Angeles. Most recently, she completed a service year with City Year, DC. Her service year instilled a desire to work for a nonprofit professionally. Before coming to Warrior Gateway Inc, Hannah began her career as a fellow at Points of Light, Corporate Institute learning how companies and organizations are collaborating to address some of the most pressing issues of our time. Hannah is a graduate from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in English.

Kate Paolini, Intern

Kate began her service experience working at a speech therapy clinic throughout college. As a graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a degree in English, she wanted to expand her service involvement to the nonprofit sector. As fate would have it, Kate found her way to Warrior Gateway Inc by way of plane ride when she sat next to Warrior Gateway's CEO on a flight to San Francisco. She currently works in marketing, social media, and fundraising at Warrior Gateway.

Emily Thompson, Marketing Consultant

As a volunteer, Ms Thompson is working with the Warrior Gateway Inc's marketing team to increase its reach to members of the veteran and military family community while further promoting its websites' many resources and tools. Emily has more than 15 years of marketing, communications, and strategy experience in previous roles at Pearson, BP, Harvard Business School, and Merrill Lynch. Thompson received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from London Business School. Outside of work, Emily enjoys snowboarding/skiing, surfing, running, and cycling and is training to complete her fourth Ironman in Boulder in August.

Cameron Woodman, Product Management Consultant

Cameron Woodman is an aerospace engineer and entrepreneur originally from Los Altos, CA. His work in the aerospace industry has spanned a broad spectrum, from NASA's global network of interplanetary spacecraft tracking antennas, to development of some of the most powerful communications satellites in the world. In addition to his aerospace work he has spent several years helping others focus on data-driven decision making and enjoys the optimization of organizational structures specifically in the areas of change and turnaround management.

Cameron holds a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and is a fan of anything involving data analysis. In his spare time you can find him adventuring in the California mountains with his Doberman Nika, or spearfishing off the Pacific coast.
